Terms of use
Early-access draft. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Growth HQ runs a team of AI employees and automated bots for you. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Early access
Growth HQ is in early access. It is free to use for now, access is by invitation, and features, limits and these terms can change. We will tell you by email before a change that affects you materially, and you can stop using it at any time.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your organization. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Your content and credentials
What you put in (your sites, repositories, settings, instructions and credentials) stays yours. You allow us to process it only to run the service for you. Credentials you add, such as tokens, are stored encrypted, are shown to nobody (including you) after you save them, and are used only by the team members and tools you allow.
What the AI team does
AI employees can read, write and, depending on the autonomy mode you choose, change things in the services you connect. You decide how much freedom they have, and you can stop everything with one button. Anything that is risky waits for your approval unless you chose a mode that lets it run.
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what matters before relying on it, and for checking that what your team does in your connected services is something you are entitled to do.
Acceptable use
Do not use Growth HQ to break the law, to attack or overload other systems, to collect data you have no right to collect, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to try to get around its limits or security. We can suspend an account that does.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service running, but in early access it can be interrupted, slowed or reset. Do not rely on it as your only copy of anything important.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months (which, while it is free, is nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Growth HQ and ask us to delete your account and organization at any time. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken or the service is closed down; we will give reasonable notice unless there is a security or legal reason not to.
